Yardio is designed for short, one-time sales. We collect only the information needed to help you run your sale and process payments.

When you create a sale: We collect your site name, contact email, phone number (if provided), and an upload password. We also store the items you list, including photos and descriptions.

When someone buys from you: Stripe collects the buyer's payment information, email, and phone number. We receive confirmation of the sale and buyer contact details so you can arrange pickup.

Technical information: Like most websites, we collect basic usage data (IP address, browser type) to keep the service running smoothly and securely.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Display your sale page and items
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send confirmation emails to buyers and sellers
• Help you manage your sale
• Keep the service secure and prevent fraud

We don't sell your information to third parties or use it for advertising.

Who Can See Your Information

Your sale page: Anyone with your sale link can see your items, prices, and the contact information you choose to display. You control who gets the link.

Buyer information: When someone buys from you, you receive their name, email, and phone number so you can arrange pickup. This information is only shared with you, not publicly.

Payment processing: Stripe handles all payment information. Yardio never sees or stores credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is encrypted in transit, and we work with trusted partners like Stripe for payment processing.

Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your sale information at any time through your sale management page. You can also close your sale whenever you're done, which removes it from public view.
