Using Yardio

Yardio is a tool for running short, personal online sales. You're responsible for the items you list, the information you share, and the agreements you make with the people who buy from you.

Please only list items you own and are allowed to sell, and be honest in your descriptions. Use your best judgment when arranging pickups or drop-offs, and choose settings and meeting places that feel safe to you.

Payments and Fees

Yardio uses Stripe to process payments securely. When an item sells, a small platform fee is deducted to keep the service running. The rest goes directly to you. Fees are clearly shown before you publish your sale.

You're responsible for handling refunds or disputes directly with buyers. Yardio facilitates the sale but doesn't act as a mediator between buyers and sellers.

Your Content

You own the content you create on Yardio — your item descriptions, photos, and sale information. By using Yardio, you give us permission to display this content on your sale page and in related communications.

Limitations

Yardio is provided “as is” without warranties. We're not responsible for the condition of items, the accuracy of descriptions, or the outcome of transactions between buyers and sellers.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the service.
